These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Client," "you," or "your") and Anna 99 Words ("we," "our," or "us"), a professional copywriting service operating as a sole proprietorship in Aligarh, Uttar Pradesh, India, owned and managed by Rahul Singh (proprietor). These Terms govern your use of our website (anna99words.site) and the copywriting services we provide.
By using our website, submitting a contact form, requesting a quote, or engaging our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you are engaging our services on behalf of a company or organisation, you represent that you have the authority to bind that entity to these Terms.
If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please do not use our website or engage our services. We recommend that you read these Terms carefully before starting a project with us.

The specific scope, deliverables, timeline, and pricing for each project are defined in the project quote that we provide before work begins. The quote, once accepted by you and confirmed by advance payment, forms part of these Terms and constitutes the agreement for that specific project.
We reserve the right to decline any project at our discretion, including projects that involve content we consider misleading, unethical, illegal, or in violation of advertising platform policies.
Prices displayed on our website are indicative ranges and are not fixed rates. The final price for your project depends on factors including project complexity, word count, research depth, number of pages or pieces, and turnaround requirements. A detailed, fixed quote is provided after we review your specific project requirements. The quote includes all costs — research, writing, and up to 2 rounds of revisions — unless otherwise stated.
All prices are quoted in Indian Rupees (INR) unless otherwise specified. Prices are exclusive of applicable taxes (GST or other taxes as required by law). If taxes apply, they will be clearly stated in the quote.
Payment is accepted via bank transfer (NEFT/IMPS/RTGS), UPI, and other methods communicated during the quoting process. We do not accept cash payments. Payment instructions and bank details are provided in the invoice.
If the balance payment (50% upon delivery) is not received within 7 business days of the final draft delivery, we reserve the right to pause any ongoing work and withhold delivery of additional projects until the outstanding amount is settled. We may also charge a late payment fee of 1.5% per month on overdue amounts, calculated from the due date until the date of payment.
Prices quoted for a specific project are valid for 30 days from the date of the quote. If the project is not confirmed within 30 days, we may issue an updated quote. We reserve the right to update our indicative pricing on the website at any time, but changes will not affect projects that have already been quoted and confirmed.

These are estimates and may vary based on project complexity and our current workload. The specific timeline for your project is confirmed in the quote. If we anticipate any delay, we will communicate proactively and work with you to adjust the timeline.
For urgent projects that require faster-than-standard turnaround, we offer rush delivery at an additional charge of 25% to 50% above the standard price, depending on the project size and our current capacity. Rush delivery is subject to availability — please contact us to confirm before placing the order.
Every project includes up to 2 rounds of revisions at no additional cost. A "revision round" is defined as a single set of feedback and changes requested in one consolidated feedback session. We encourage you to compile all feedback into a single document or message for each revision round to ensure efficiency.
A revision includes changes such as adjusting tone or style, rewriting specific sections, modifying headlines or CTAs, adding or removing content within the agreed scope, and correcting factual errors. A revision does not include a complete change in project direction, a change in target audience, adding new pages or deliverables not in the original scope, or rewriting the entire piece from scratch based on a fundamentally different brief.
If you require revisions beyond the included 2 rounds, we offer additional revisions at ₹1,500 per hour. We will communicate this before starting any additional revision work and will not proceed without your approval.
If during the project you need to change the scope (such as adding new pages, changing the target audience, or significantly altering the brief), we will provide an updated quote for the additional work. Scope changes may also affect the project timeline. We will discuss any scope changes with you before proceeding.
Upon receipt of full and final payment for a project, all intellectual property rights to the final delivered copy are transferred to you. This includes the right to use, modify, publish, reproduce, and distribute the content in any medium and for any purpose. This transfer is irrevocable once full payment is received.
Until full payment is received, all intellectual property rights to the copy remain with Anna 99 Words. You may not use, publish, or distribute any draft or final copy until payment is complete. If payment is not received within 30 days of delivery, we reserve the right to withdraw the content and offer it to other clients or use it for other purposes.
We retain the right to display excerpts or descriptions of the work in our portfolio, case studies, and marketing materials for the purpose of showcasing our capabilities to prospective clients. If you prefer that your project not be displayed in our portfolio, please inform us in writing before or during the project, and we will respect your request. We will not display your project in our portfolio without your knowledge.
Any materials you provide to us during the project — including brand guidelines, logos, images, reference content, analytics data, and other proprietary information — remain your exclusive property. We will not use your materials for any purpose other than completing your project. All client materials are securely deleted within 12 months of project completion unless you request earlier deletion.
All copy we deliver is original and written specifically for your project. We do not use plagiarised, spun, or AI-generated content without disclosure. If we use any third-party content (such as statistics, quotes, or data), we will cite the source. We check all content for originality using plagiarism detection tools before delivery.
We treat all project information, business strategies, proprietary data, and communications shared during the course of a project as confidential. We will not disclose your confidential information to any third party without your prior written consent, except as required by law or as necessary to complete the project (for example, sharing project-related information with a freelance writer assigned to your project, as described in our Privacy Policy).
You agree not to share our proprietary processes, internal pricing structures, or confidential business information with third parties. Our quotes, proposals, and internal communications are confidential and should not be shared with competitors or other service providers without our consent.
We are happy to sign a mutual non-disclosure agreement (NDA) before discussing sensitive project details. If you require an NDA, please share your standard agreement or request ours before the project begins.
Our confidentiality obligations continue for a period of 2 years after the completion or termination of the project, unless a longer period is specified in a separate NDA.

Anna 99 Words provides copywriting services only. We do not provide website design, development, CMS implementation, graphic design, video production, advertising campaign management, SEO technical implementation, or legal/regulatory compliance advice. We deliver written content — how it is implemented, published, and used is your responsibility.
We do not guarantee specific business outcomes, including but not limited to increased website traffic, higher search engine rankings, improved conversion rates, increased sales, or any other measurable business metric. The effectiveness of copy depends on many factors beyond the writing itself, including website design, user experience, product-market fit, pricing, competition, advertising spend, and market conditions. While we write with the goal of improving your communication and driving results, we cannot control or guarantee outcomes.
Our total aggregate liability for any claim arising from or related to our services, whether in contract, tort, negligence, or otherwise, is limited to the total amount you paid for the specific project in question. This limitation applies to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Anna 99 Words shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of business, loss of data, or loss of goodwill, arising from or related to our services, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Anna 99 Words, its team members, and its contractors from and against any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from or related to: (a) your use of the delivered copy in a manner that violates applicable laws or regulations; (b) any materials you provided to us that infringe on third-party rights; (c) your breach of these Terms; or (d) any claims by third parties related to the published content, except to the extent caused by our gross negligence or wilful misconduct.
Neither party shall be liable for any delay or failure to perform its obligations under these Terms if such delay or failure is caused by events beyond the party's reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, government actions, internet outages, power failures, civil unrest, or other force majeure events. In such cases, the affected party will notify the other party as soon as reasonably possible and make reasonable efforts to mitigate the impact of the delay.
You may terminate a project at any time by providing written notice via email. In case of termination, you are billed for work completed up to the date of termination, calculated on a pro-rata basis. Any advance payment for unstarted work will be refunded within 7 to 10 business days.
We reserve the right to terminate a project if: (a) you fail to make payment within the agreed timeframe; (b) you fail to provide necessary information or feedback within 15 business days despite reminders; (c) you request content that is illegal, misleading, defamatory, or in violation of advertising platform policies; or (d) the working relationship becomes untenable due to abusive or unreasonable behaviour. In such cases, you are billed for work completed, and any overpayment is refunded.
In the event of any dispute arising from these Terms or our services, both parties agree to first attempt to resolve the dispute informally through good-faith negotiation. You may contact us at hello@anna99words.site to initiate the informal resolution process. We will make reasonable efforts to resolve the dispute within 30 days of receiving your written complaint.
If the dispute cannot be resolved informally within 30 days, either party may propose mediation through a mutually agreed mediator. The costs of mediation shall be shared equally between both parties.
If the dispute cannot be resolved through informal negotiation or mediation, it shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Aligarh, Uttar Pradesh, India. These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.
You may use our website for its intended purposes — browsing our services, reading our blog, viewing our portfolio, and contacting us for enquiries. You may not use our website to: distribute malware or harmful code; attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems; scrape or harvest content without permission; or engage in any activity that disrupts the normal functioning of our website.
All content on our website — including text, images, graphics, logos, and design elements — is the intellectual property of Anna 99 Words unless otherwise stated. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use our website content for commercial purposes without our prior written consent. Blog articles may be shared on social media with proper attribution and a link back to the original article.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. The invalid provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable while preserving its original intent.
These Terms, together with the project quote accepted by you, our Privacy Policy, and our Refund Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Anna 99 Words regarding the subject matter hereof. These Terms supersede all prior or contemporaneous communications, proposals, and representations, whether oral or written, regarding our services.
We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our practices, legal requirements, or business operations. When we make changes, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. For significant changes, we will make reasonable efforts to notify affected clients. Continued use of our website or services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. We encourage you to review these Terms periodically.
