We understand that circumstances may change, and we have established this comprehensive Refund and Cancellation Policy to ensure transparency and fairness for both parties. This policy covers all scenarios — from pre-project cancellations to post-delivery concerns — so you know exactly what to expect at every stage. Rahul Singh, as proprietor, is personally responsible for processing any refunds under this policy.
This policy applies to all copywriting services provided by Anna 99 Words, including one-time projects, bulk content packages, and monthly retainer agreements. Please read this policy carefully before engaging our services. By making a payment and starting a project with us, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to this policy.

If you wish to cancel your order before we have started working on your project, you are entitled to a full refund (100%) of any advance payment made. "Before work begins" means before we have commenced any research, outlining, competitor analysis, or drafting for your project.
To cancel, please contact us via email at hello@anna99words.site or WhatsApp at +91 8555 882 961 with the subject line "Cancellation Request — [Your Name / Project Name]." We will confirm the cancellation within 1 business day and initiate the refund process.
Example: You paid ₹12,000 as an advance for a website copywriting project. Two days later, before we have started any research, you decide to cancel. You receive a full refund of ₹12,000.
If you cancel your order after we have already started working on your project, the refund amount depends on the stage of work completed at the time of cancellation. We divide the project lifecycle into four stages for refund purposes:

We will notify you before moving to each stage so you have the opportunity to review progress and decide whether to proceed. If you are considering cancellation, we encourage you to contact us as early as possible — the earlier you cancel, the higher the refund percentage.
Example: You paid ₹20,000 total (₹10,000 advance) for a blog content package. After we completed the research and delivered an outline, you decide to cancel. At Stage 2, you receive a 50% refund of the total fee = ₹10,000. Since you already paid ₹10,000 as advance, no additional payment is due and no refund is owed.
Every project includes up to two (2) rounds of revisions at no additional cost. A "revision round" is defined as a single set of feedback and changes requested in one consolidated feedback session. We encourage you to compile all feedback into a single document or message for each revision round to ensure efficiency and clarity.
Revision requests must be submitted within seven (7) calendar days of receiving the draft. If no revision request is received within 7 days, the draft is considered approved. This timeline ensures projects move forward efficiently and prevents indefinite delays.

If you require revisions beyond the included 2 rounds, we offer additional revisions at ₹1,500 per hour. We will provide a time estimate and get your approval before starting any additional revision work. You will never be charged for additional revisions without your prior consent.
If you are not satisfied with the delivered copy after using your included revision rounds, we encourage you to contact us directly to discuss your concerns. We take client satisfaction seriously and will work with you in good faith to address specific, actionable issues.
If you feel your concerns are not being adequately addressed, you may escalate the matter by emailing hello@anna99words.site with the subject line "Escalation — [Your Name / Project Name]." A senior team member will review your case within 3 business days and work with you to find a fair resolution.
If you have purchased a bulk content package (such as monthly blog articles, social media content bundles, or product description packages) and wish to cancel the remaining deliverables, the following refund schedule applies:

Example: You purchased a package of 12 blog articles for ₹60,000 (₹5,000 per article). After receiving 4 articles (33% delivered), you decide to cancel. At the 25%–50% tier, you receive a 75% refund for the remaining 8 articles = 75% x ₹40,000 = ₹30,000 refund.
Monthly retainer agreements are billed at the beginning of each month. If you wish to cancel a retainer agreement:
Retainer agreements require 15 days' written notice for cancellation. If you provide notice mid-month, the cancellation takes effect at the end of the following month (i.e., you are committed to the current month plus one additional month). This notice period allows us to plan our capacity and ensures continuity of your content.
Approved refunds are processed within seven (7) to ten (10) business days of the cancellation request being accepted. The actual time for the refund to reflect in your account depends on your bank or payment provider:
Refunds are issued to the same payment method used for the original transaction. If the original payment method is no longer available (e.g., bank account closed), we will work with you to find an alternative refund method. We do not issue refunds in cash.
Once a refund is processed, we will send you a confirmation email with the refund amount, transaction reference number, and expected timeline for the refund to appear in your account. If the refund does not appear within the expected timeline, please contact us and we will investigate with our bank.
The following are not eligible for refunds under any circumstances:
If you initiate a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank without first contacting us to resolve the issue, we reserve the right to suspend all ongoing work, withhold delivery of any pending deliverables, and pursue recovery of the disputed amount through appropriate legal channels. We strongly encourage you to contact us directly before initiating any payment dispute — we are committed to resolving issues fairly and promptly.
Anna 99 Words reserves the right to cancel a project and issue a refund in the following circumstances:
In all cases where we initiate the cancellation, you will receive a full refund for any work not yet delivered. For partially completed work, we will discuss a fair settlement based on the work completed.
If you believe a refund has been unfairly denied or if you disagree with the refund amount, please follow this process:
We aim to resolve all disputes amicably and in good faith. Our goal is to ensure every client feels they have been treated fairly, even if the outcome is not a full refund.
If you change your mind before work begins, yes — you receive a full refund. If work has already started, the refund depends on the stage of work completed (see Section 3 above). Once a first draft has been delivered, we do not offer refunds but will work with you through the included revision rounds to address your concerns.
If the delivered copy contains factual errors, grammatical mistakes, or does not follow the agreed brief, we will correct it at no additional cost — this is not counted as a revision round. Quality corrections are always free.
We understand that business priorities can shift. You may pause a project for up to 30 days without any penalty. If the pause extends beyond 30 days, we will discuss whether to continue the project under the original terms or adjust the scope and timeline. Pausing a project does not entitle you to a refund for work already completed.

We may update this Refund and Cancellation Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices or legal requirements. When we make changes, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. For significant changes, we will make reasonable efforts to notify active clients. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised policy. We encourage you to review this page periodically.
